In another world with my smartphone is an anime of the genre combo isekai, harem, fantasy, ecchi.
The factor that makes this anime different is that the Main character can use smartphone. And as we know the MC is over powered. And there is a lot of girls around him.
If you are looking for this genre combo , you can try this anime.
STORY
Toya Mochisuki a teenager from Japan was accidentally killed by God. Because of it was an accident and also Toya can't return to his old body , the God makes some arrangements. Toya can live in another world with the old body and memories. And also the God gives him some blessings and offers.
Toya wanted to bring his smart phone to the new world . And the God permits it. He can use all the facilities and features in the phone, like GPS, bluetooth, Internet etc. And the phone is charged by using magic. But he can't contact anyone from the old world. Furthermore god gives more abilities, more strength, more magic power, more magic affinity and also god's contact number. That's right he can call god through phone.
The story is about Toya who learns magic and lives amoung the people in the new world, making his harem , exploring things and mysteries.
CHARACTERS
Toya Mochisuki is the main protagonist. He is confident and smart. He is already over powered and smart phone makes him even more overpowered.
There is this scene where he defeat an army with the help of GPS.
And also there are a lot of girls following him. Everygirl he meets wants to marry him and become his wife. In that world one can have as many wifes as he likes.
He is like a one man army. Finishes the job in a blink
Then there is Linse, Else, Yumina, Yae . All of them follows him and are willing to do anything for him. And all of them are his brides . There is no purpose for these charecters.. there are more like them too.
Truth be told I didn't like any of the characters. There is no connection formed between the characters and the viewers, most of the scenes and the dialogues were Cring AF.
Mainly i didn't even like the Main character.
Animation, sound, and other things
Animation is not bad, it has quality. We doesn't get the visual satisfaction and goosebump making moments through animation.
Sound is also mehh..
Voice acting is terrible... Couldn't connect with the charecters and the dialogue delivery were bad.

I only watched it because the story was intresting. I liked the story. But the characters are bad.. and cringe.
Mainly the Main character was soo bad..
Also the other characters didn't have much purpose in the story.
All the things go like the MC wants it to be.
Maybe I watched it because it has the guilty pleasure factor i like. I like making Countries, building civilizations, owning things, and being over powerd and also ecchi and harem. In that perspective i liked this anime. But also I cringed at it soo much. I am in a confused state.
In another world with my smartphone is a casual watch anime for the people who like isekai, harem, ecchi , fantasy genre combination. And the story is not complex.
You can watch it and decide it on your own..
Whether you like it or hate it .
